I just want everyone to know three things ...

1. Preston talked in his sleep last night. I wish we could understand what he said, even still it's funny.
2. We only have one more Halloween before Matt graduates.
3. Only five more Halloween's before I graduate.

Dear Lauren,

Preston went to nursery on Sunday. He loved it! It was weird being able to listen to lessons without having to chase a child around as well. Soon enough I will be back to my chasing.
He has also started talking a lot! Copying things we say, and learning words that we didn't even teach him. "shhhh ... quiet" is his new favorite, while holding his finger to his lips. He yells "DADDY!" when Matt walks in the door and says hi to everyone while we are shopping. Here are the words he knows (that I can think of at least): Hi, Hello, Bye-bye, blanket, book, dog, cat, bear, truck, stuck, shirt, sock, shoes, toes, foot, elbow, eyes, belly button, ouch, ow, no-no, please, thank you, you're welcome, kick it, throw, ball, hold you, bath, dirt, rock, slide, weee, water, crash, push, on, off, light, phone, hot, stir, baby, love you, cheeeeese!, beep-beep, vroom, pretty, ... two three GO! (he always starts on two), jump, whoa, wow ...

Here are some new pictures and a little video for you ...

Love,
Reagan

Grandma Linda

I am doing this small little post for Grandma Linda because I love her and I know she is an avid follower of our blog, along with her friends at work;)

you know when you have so much happen that the thought of recounting all the awesomeness is just intimidating.... well, thats why we haven't blogged in so long. :)

We have been blessed indeed. We traveled up to Seattle for Lance's wedding, which was absolutely amazing.

We got to stay with Grandma and Grandpa Ogle and relive the days of when we used to live and work in Seattle. My parents came up and wore Preston out, which we were VERY grateful for. They played, gardened and chased Rambo the cat, or should I say "tat".

Dork.

This picture is blurry, but its just precious.

We went to Puyallup fair and had a great time touching goats in their eyeballs and making them angry...

We finally got me and Preston some matching jeans...

I spent some time as a bubble boy on water.

The experience is, I say, a must for every person in the world. Don't worry, if you are wondering, "Where can I go to have such an experience? I don't live in Seattle." To you my friend, I say look no further. For I have vowed that I will have such equipment at my house post graduation, post having my own house, post having enough money. Yes, come to me.

Anyway, Reagan told me I need to go to bed. I told her "Ok" so that gives me about 8 minutes and 17 seconds until she comes back into the room and drags me away...

Hm, turns out I don't need more time, cuz thats all I have to say for now....

Wait, one more thing. This was a gift to Preston from Grandma MJ Ogle... I want to hear your captions for this picture. I have too many for it. Each one of them make me laugh to myself a lot, and out loud. Reagan thinks I'm special...

Cheers

WELCOME WELCOME...

Cooler dawnings, now we rest from all the heat!!

What a wonderful break it has been. So far we have gone on a spontaneous trip to Branson with our friends the Birdsalls, seen an armadillo up close, gone miniature bowling, gone swimming, gone miniature golfing, met a lot of celebrities, played HARD, been stung by a bee...twice, found a lizard, gone to the Deanna Rose Farm Stead, had a fire and mallow roasting night, frisbee golfed (of course), re-watched the Bourne trilogy, felt and watched baby-girl move, discovered Preston has another ear infection, learned secrets of the rubik's cube, had an eye exam and allergy testing for Matt, physical therapy for me, realized I'm 5 months pregnant and still can't keep maternity pants up or fill out maternity shirts , played in the park, listened to and watched trains, re-discovered the awesomeness of the ipad, had many dance parties, learned "NO-NO", had the missionaries over, chopped wood, and thoroughly enjoyed the cooler weather. Our air conditioning has been off for over 24 hours at this point ... AMAZING right!? I'm hoping and praying that this cooler weather sticks around. I have thought of summer as my favorite season until I moved to Kansas ... autumn, and spring are the best by FAR.

What a great little summer break. I'm not ready for Matt to go back to school yet. Thankfully they start Wednesday and have Friday off. Two days of school for the first week!? YES PLEASE.

... oh and Preston knows how to say "thank you!" We'll try to catch this on video for the next post; it's quite adorable.

WE SURVIVED

(if this video doesn't work, we'll try again later...something about copyright blah blah...)

Another round of finals unscathed. Lucky...

Very Lucky.

Preston kept us entertained throughout the week. He can always find a way to make us smile and laugh.

Baby girl made her first noticeable appearance tonight by pushing out on my stomach, HARD. Matt got to feel it! Beatrice, Daphne and Fawn are our favorite names so far. Matt keeps trying to talk me into liking Millicent ... I just can't do it.

Matt passed all his classes with A's and B's!!!! He told me that he didn't think he'd be able to do it this go round, but he did! My smart little cookie.

(though there is slight resemblance, the man pictured is not matt)

I am working hard on my own schooling this week. I am on my last assignment before the final! Once I take the final I will hopefully be formally accepted to the Bachelor of General Studies Online program. I am quite excited, there are some classes that will be very fun to take.

These next couple weeks are to be FILLED with lots of family time, projects, and a bug bombing of our house. For some reason this summer we have SOOO many spiders in our house. Preston's poor little legs have been eaten a few times. Matt had a spider IN his pants some how and received 9 huge bites within 15 minutes. I've been lucky enough to only have a few bites but they are always in the worst places. On my toe, my ankle, my elbow, the back of my hand. Blah. BUGS BE GONE! soon ... very soon.

Adding to our list of requirements for where we will live is a Papa Murphy's and a Whole Foods. We had pizza for dinner tonight with cheese!! Yes, even Matt ate it! The cheese of course was a substitute, but it was actually very good! I have to say, that Matt is a trooper, I would not survive with out milk products.

STORY OF THE WEEK: Preston's newest tricks are praying, and flipping upside down off the couch.
