so preston cries like a real boy child. i say that cuz he is doing it now. my goooooooooodness! sometimes his laugh is hard to distinguish from his cry...or his laugh turns into a cry, and speratically his cry will shoot to a laugh. regardless, i dont know how reagan is so patient. it is one of the mysteries of life.

we have helped preston expand his horizons lately. i dont fully know what that means but it makes us look like good parents i think. really we watch a lot of House now, which Preston enjoys. Reagan and preston do some fun baby yoga -- i stand ready to help if either of them get too exhausted.

preston is very VERY talkative, if we can call it talking yet. its pretty entertaining. actually, just the other day i got his first word out of him. you can take a look see for yourself....

he has made new discoveries...

enjoys a good upside down moment or two each day...
eats fake flowers cuz they taste like dust...
feels sad cuz there is no food in our cupboards... please. please. help us feed this little child....haha. no dont. the kid is a CHUNK!

A NEW ADDITION!!!

So as you all know, preston is just amazing. He is still a monster and destroys bottles with his bottomless pit of a stomach... He does slobber like a beast hound. Luckily we received a cute little kerchief of sorts in the mail from Shelle. Good timing Shelle. Good timing.

SO! We have an announcement for you all because our little family is NOW going to be a bit bigger!

Sorry we cant call all of you to tell you individually and personally, but we love you!

My birthday was this past week; I got birthday cards, a new straightener, a kiddie pool, I got new clothes, a party with Taylor and Zach, a love letter from my sweetheart AND this:

i like the sound a key makes as it goes into the key slot

i dislike the sound of sloppy eaters -- you all make me sick, but i wont tell you this

i like targets plastic bags, not wal-marts, targets

i like that reagan caters to my weird ways

i like that reagan is such a good mommy to presto-change-o

i like our small garden

i like to vacuum, nobody does it like i do

i think my vacuum deal is an o.c.d

i like lights. a lot of lights.

i like projects that make me think

i like that reagan can do projects too

i act like i know more than i do

i would rather be less dressed than dressed -- just like every man

i get tempramental when im hungry or tired -- just like every man

cold water cools you down a lot faster than luke-warm water

i talk myself out of being crazy almost every week... and now you know why :)

i read cody's post about his new baby boy Camdon. he is a stud, and super cute...Who you ask? the answer is yes....yes, both of them. i think back to a good 2.5 months ago when preston was born and i remember feeling the same things that cody did. i never knew i could love this baby so much. i sit here in the dungeon of knowledge i feel a need to post this picture. it was on fathers day and i think that rea and preston are lookin so hott. i hope you enjoi. yes with an i.
